Testimonials
Navigating my son’s autism journey has been one of the most challenging and transformative experiences of my life – and I truly don’t know how I would have managed without Vicky. Her wisdom, honesty, and unwavering support have been a guiding light through moments of confusion, frustration, and vulnerability.
Vicky offered more than just advice – she shared truths that gently shifted my perspective, grounded me when I felt overwhelmed, and reminded me that I’m not alone in this. She has an incredible way of balancing compassion with clarity, and every conversation with her left me feeling more informed, empowered and understood.

Fighting for the right support for my son—diagnosed with autism, ADHD and severe speech and language delay — was one of the toughest challenges I’ve faced. The SEND/EHCP system can feel like a bureaucratic minefield: slow-moving, confusing, and emotionally exhausting.
Vicky is fiercely knowledgeable and beautifully straight-talking, she cut through the noise with calm authority and real compassion. Vicky reviewed every document with sharp attention to detail, gave strategic advice, and challenged anything that didn’t serve my son’s best interests.
What really sets her apart is her deep, lived experience. She knows the SEND world inside-out—not just on paper, but in practice. Her expertise in the EHCP, disability living allowance application, tribunal and school placement appeals process was critical: she mapped out the risks, explained the steps from mediation to tribunal, and made sure I was never blindsided or unheard.
Thanks to Vicky’s support and guidance, my son now has an EHCP accepted by Kent County Council and is thriving in a specialist setting that understands him, supports him, and lets him be himself.
Vicky didn’t just help me complete a process—she helped me change my son’s future.

Throughout my parenting SEN journey I have turned to Vicky on many occasions. Her passion, knowledge and empathy is unmatched in these turbulent times. She is a very conscientious person and along with that a very reliable one. She takes everything she does very seriously and wants to always get things right. Vicky has dedicated untold amount of time to educate herself on relatable legislation and policies to not only inform her own parenting challenges but in turn shows the same passion and dedication in helping others. Over the past 18 months Vicky has assisted me with diagnosis paperwork, formal email communications with school, wrote provision IEP’s and shared my legal rights on how best to navigate situations as they arise. Vicky is a reliable and responsive sounding board. There is not much that Vicky doesn’t know or hasn’t experienced with all things SEND/ mental health and I cannot recommend her enough.

Vicky has been so knowledgeable in helping me with the EHCP appeal for my son, initially to try and get a needs assessment and then to help with the decision to issue an EHCP. Vicky has also been a constant support in terms of suggesting reasonable adjustments that could be made for him at school as well as a lot of general help in discussing day to day difficulties that SEN parents go through.
